Within Tap classes at DMS we cover I.S.T.D syllabus as well as free work to encourage rhythm and musicality. The discipline of syllabus exercises incorporated with American influenced free work gives our students a wider tap vocabulary to help improve co-ordination and precision in beating.

 

At DMS we have had many sucesses with our Tap dancing with pupils winning National Titles at the I.S.T.D Star Tap Awards and All England Dance Competition.  We have also had a student selected for the England Tap Dance Team winning both Bronze,Silver and Gold medals at the Tap Dance World Championships in Germany.

 

Here at DMS pupils can start Tap at 3yrs.
